When you work hard during the week, it can be difficult to find the time to take your bike for that much needed fix or service, ready for that weekend ride. Even when you do find a moment, turnaround times can be unpredictable.

We offer same-day servicing (by appointment only) from our workshop in East Oxford. If you are unable to get your bike to us, we offer free collection and delivery for bike, e-bike and cargo bike services within OX3 and OX4 postcodes. If you are further afield, we can arrange collection and delivery of your bike in partnership with Velocity Cycle Couriers.

e-Bikes, Cargo Bikes & EAVs

Whether you use your cargo bike to transport children, the weekly shop, or any other precious cargo, being able to travel with cargo across the city with ease is essential for many.

Unfortunately, when cargo bikes do not work as they should, getting them to a shop for repair is not always straightforward. With their size, weight, and electronic componentry, traditional shops also struggle to service them adequately.

We are a certified Bosch eBike service centre and can carry out full repairs and software updates for all Bosch eBike systems. We are happy to work on most brands of electric bikes, but please note we do not work on home conversion kits (with the exception of Swytch).

We offer free loan bikes for commuters, so you can drop off your bike on the way to work, get on one of ours, and swap it back later on that day or the next morning.
